RETURNS
Please request a return prior to sending your goods back. YOU CAN NOW REQUEST RETURNS BY LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE.
RETURN REQUEST
The cost of the return request is 5.00 GBP, which will be deducted from your refund. You will be provided with a pre-paid return label, please use that to send the items back to us. You can also choose to send it back to us through any tracked service or by dropping it off at our office in London.
If you change your mind about your purchase (non-sale items only), please return non sale items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or refund which will exclude postage costs. Postage cost is non-refundable.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges will not be reimbursed in case of refund.
All items shipped directly from Pakistan are exceptional and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow up to 15-20 days for this to be processed from the day return being received.
Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact. The item being returned must be in re-sellable condition and must qualify for return. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
In case of quality issue identified while dispatching the order, we will remove the concerned items from your original order. Refund will only be processed for items excluded from the order, not the entire value of the order.
CUSTOM STITCHING
Tailor Made & Made to Order attires cannot be exchanged or refund. We will only consider if the product has any manufacturing defects or not stitched as per customer’s requirement. In that case please contact our customer service team and file complains about the product, to seek further help. Custom Stitched orders might be delayed or delivery time may effect due to the communication with customer about tailor suggestion.
International Orders:
Currently, ZAIB does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help.
Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article.
Custom Duty: If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, ZAIB is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount. If the Parcel is on hold by the Customs department of the shipping country, the customer is liable to provide all relevant and required documentation to the authorities. ZAIB is not liable to refund the amount in case of non-clearance of the Parcel.
CANCELLATION
To cancel your order please email our customer service team at wecare@zaibbynimsay.com. You may cancel your order any time before the order has been dispatched for delivery. Once a product is shipped, the “Exchange & Returns Policy” will apply and cannot be cancelled. Please note the customer service takes approximately 48hours to reply, if the order is dispatched before they read the message then it can not be stopped.
RETURNS OUTSIDE RETURN PERIOD
Our system will automatically deny return requests after the period of 7 days from receipt. If such goods are still sent back to us, we reserve the right of not offering you a refund.
We would in such a scenario need to send the item back to you which will incur an additional shipping charge which would be payable by you upon request.
SALE ITEMS
Sale cannot be exchanged or refund. There is a possibility that items on sale are reduced due to any of the following reasons: end of season items/minor marking/slight damage or color differences. Any discrepancies with a sale item will not be classified as a fault. If the received article appears to have any sort of defect/damage, whatsapp / call us +332 866 9353 OR +332 888 9758 no later than 3 days from the date the item was received.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY & OUR LIABILITY
If you intend to return a purchase, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Such goods remain your responsibility until they reach us in the same condition to when you received the same goods.
All goods will be inspected upon being received by us so please refrain from damaging the goods during inspection or whilst you try them on for size, including the original packaging and labels/tags.
It is your responsibility to ensure you’re aware of our returns policy and we will not take any liability or offer any flexibility for non-compliance with this policy.
NATURE OF GOODS
Please note that all clothing products sold on this website are recommended to be dry-cleaned. We will not be responsible for any claims resulting due to damage caused by washing using another method or claims for variation / and or beading/sequences displacement.
